Dr. Mihnea Vulpe is a Specialist Ophthalmologist and has been part of the OFTAPRO Clinic in Bucharest since 2021, while also contributing to the activity of TenMed Clinic, and with previous experience in hospitals and clinics in Bucharest and Ploiești. He graduated from the “Carol Davila” Faculty of Medicine in 2016 and completed his residency training at the Central Military Emergency University Hospital “Dr. Carol Davila” in 2020. Dr. Vulpe has been a member of the Romanian Society of Ophthalmology since 2017 and has presented papers at national and international congresses, addressing topics such as blepharophimosis syndrome, orbital rhabdomyosarcoma, and the management of pediatric naso-orbito-ethmoidal (NOE) complex fractures.
